SUBMIT YOUR EVENT/ROOM REQUEST
Is your committee/ministry having a meeting? Is your small group having a luncheon? Do just have an event that needs to be added to the church calendar? We now encourage you to complete our new online Event Submission/Room Request form. The form takes less than 5 minutes to complete and asks almost everything we need to know to make sure your event gets on the calendar, and your room is reserved.
A few things you'll need to know:

We now encourage you to complete our new online Event Submission/Room Request form. The form takes less than 5 minutes to complete and asks almost everything we need to know to make sure your event gets on the calendar, and your room is reserved.
A few things you'll need to know:
- This form is for Riverside attendees ONLY. We are still developing a form for public/community rentals.
- You WILL be asked to sign into Church Center to complete the form. More than likely, you already have an account and will simply need to create a password.
- For your security, the form requires 2-Factor Authentication. (That just means they'll text or email you a code to prove you're you!)
- As soon as you submit the form, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Most requests will be approved within 48 hours unless there is a conflict, or we need more information.
- As soon as your event is approved, it will automatically be added to the calendar.
- You can still submit requests to the office, but this process will reduce the likelihood of your request being lost or entered incorrectly.
- While we have tested the form out, the process is still new and subject to hiccups. If you experience any issues, PLEASE contact the office so we can correct it.
- Using the online system helps the office staff work more efficiently and devote more of their time to ministry. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
